Nutritional Therapy

How I can support you

A personalised, root-cause approach to women's hormonal health, energy and wellbeing.

My approach

Nutritional therapy that goes deeper

Nutritional therapy is a science-based, personalised approach to health that looks at the root causes of symptoms rather than managing them. I work with women who feel like something is off but haven't been able to find answers through conventional medicine alone.

Whether you're dealing with hormonal imbalance, fatigue, PCOS, postpartum depletion, digestive issues or unexplained weight changes, my goal is to help you understand what's actually happening in your body and give you a clear, practical plan to address it.

What working together looks like

Four steps to feeling well

01

Investigate

We start by exploring your full picture. Your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, diet and stress. Where appropriate, functional testing helps us see what standard blood tests often miss.

02

Nourish

We focus on food first. Targeted nutrition, practical meal strategies and lifestyle adjustments that support your body's natural processes. No extreme protocols, no guesswork.

03

Personalise

Every recommendation is built specifically for you. Food, supplements, testing and timing are all tailored to your biology, your results and your goals.

04

Thrive

The goal is lasting change. More energy, hormonal balance, better sleep, clearer skin, a steadier mood. Feeling like yourself again.

Why this matters to me

Health starts long before disease

My father was diagnosed with dementia and Parkinson's disease at 53. He died at 70 when his body eventually gave up on him. That experience shaped everything about how I think about health. The time to prioritise it is before disease takes hold, when you are having symptoms that point to underlying causes, which are often nutritional deficiencies or hormonal disruption.

As a mum of two who has lived postpartum depletion and PCOS firsthand, I bring both clinical expertise and personal understanding to every client I work with.
